The arrivals:
We will do everything possible to ensure that your room is ready as soon as possible. However, it is necessary to provide that we can accommodate you from 4 PM until 8 PM. Please let us know in advance in case of late arrival.
Le Clos de Grâce is closed between 12:00 and 16:00. It is impossible to drop off your luggage during this time slot.
Departures:
The rooms are available until 11am on the day of departure and the pool until 3pm.

Animals: Although we love animals, we want all our guests to feel at home as in a small cocoon of undisturbed tranquility! That’s why our animal friends are not allowed in our guest rooms.

We do not take a deposit and ask for a credit card number (visa or mastercard) to secure and confirm the reservation.
Our cancellation policy:
For any cancellation or modification 14 days before arrival, we do not charge.
For any cancellation or modification less than 14 days from your arrival date, the full amount of your stay will be charged.
For early departure and no-show at the hotel (No-show): All services initially booked will be charged.
The Pays d’Auge is a magnificent region, perfect for a 2 or 3-day getaway from the Clos de Grâce in Honfleur. You will discover postcard landscapes, a typical architecture, emblematic villages of this bucolic Normandy…
The Côte Fleurie will not leave you indifferent. Opposite the Pays d’Auge, you leave from the beach of Butin in Honfleur and you will go along the coast to Ouistreham. You will cross emblematic seaside resorts of this Côte Fleurie: Deauville of course, but also Trouville, Cabourg, Houlgate…
What if you crossed the Seine estuary via the Normandy bridge? The opportunity to discover Le Havre and its completely rebuilt city center, push up to the lighthouse of La Hève. Then, you take the direction of the cliffs of Etretat, the gardens of Etretat and the panoramic view of the Belval needle. You return from your excursion by the Château du Bec (in Saint Martin du Bec) and if you have a little time left, by the Abbaye de Montvilliers.
